The members of the Architectural Control Committee are composed of not less than five persons appointed by the Board of Directors of the Bella Vista Architectural Control Committee, Inc. (a non-profit corporation hereinafter called BVACC, Inc.). The members of the Architectural Control Committee serve terms of office as provided in the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws of BVACC, Inc.
The purpose and intent of the BVACC, Inc. is to assure compliance with the Declaration and Protective Covenants of Bella Vista Village and the policies and procedures of the BVACC, Inc., as herein stated, particularly with the construction of new residences, remodeling of existing residences, additions to existing residences, commercial buildings, and additions to properties, such as fences, storage sheds, decks, etc., with respect to size, location, color, aesthetics, materials, and other matters as provided within the Declaration and Protective Covenants of Bella Vista Village and the BVACC, Inc. Policies and Procedures Manual.
